Return Policy
If within 7 days of purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to me for an authorization code. Once I have received the item undamaged, I will offer you a credit towards the purchase of another item available for purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Shipping Policy
Price indicated includes packaging, shipping, and insurance for shipments within the continental United States.
Should your piece arrive broken, please take photos of the packaging and the broken glass and email them to me within 7 days. I will file an insurance claim. Hold the damaged goods until we receive direction from the Shipper. I will refund your payment, or you may apply it to another piece.
Local Customers
If you are a local customer and wish to pick up your order at my studio on Camano Island, enter LOCAL at checkout so I can remove the cost of shipping for you.
Custom Orders
I do enjoy working with you to create custom orders. Generally, you can plan for a 6-8 week timeframe for me to create your custom item, unless I let you know otherwise. Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund unless damaged in shipping.
